This endeavour is motivated by the need to accommodate around 20 workstations, establish areas for focused work, ensure ergonomic functionality, and instil a commitment to sustainable design practices.

The current office spanning 4000 sqft, presents several challenges that impede both functionality and aesthetic appeal. With 14 seating spaces comprised of enclosed rooms and huge workstations, the layout fails to effectively utilise the available space. Enclosed rooms hinder natural light, contributing to a dim internal office environment.

To overcome these challenges, our proposed solutions involve a multifaceted strategy. This includes the introduction of height-adjustable work desks to meet ergonomic needs, the incorporation of phone pods for private work and short conference calls, and the use of operable walls to offer flexibility in space segregation.
