The primary objective of this renovation is to create a workspace that reflects BDO's commitment to innovation and growth. By reimagining the office layout, the company aims to restack departments and accommodate future expansion, all while crafting an environment that resonates with a younger, vibrant workforce.

In keeping with BDO's commitment to sustainability, the renovation incorporates biophilic design elements and adaptive furniture usage. The inclusion of preserved moss brings a touch of nature indoors, creating a refreshing and sustainable environment for employees. To encourage spontaneous collaboration, the office now includes 5-6 touchpoints designed for ad-hoc brainstorming sessions. Traditional private offices for partners and associates have been replaced with pod working suites, allowing natural light to flood the workspace.
